Nancy Bowling, health coach and mom of two

Meet your coach

Nancy Bowling

I’m a women’s health and wellness coach, healthcare management graduate, and mom who understands firsthand how health, pregnancy, and motherhood can change your body—and your path in life.

I grew up in a culture where obesity and weight-related health struggles are common, and my journey became even more personal when I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), a condition that can affect weight, hormones, and fertility. For years, I wondered if becoming a mother would even be part of my story.

But God had other plans.

After earning my bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, I expected to head straight into the workforce. Instead, I fell in love with my hubby, and God blessed us with two beautiful children, just two years apart.

Motherhood changed my priorities, my body, and ultimately my purpose. I went from 160 lbs. before pregnancy to over 225 lbs. after. I know what it’s like to struggle with weight, hormones, and motherhood while looking in the mirror and wondering, “How do I feel like ME again?”

What once looked like a detour became my path.

My healthcare education gave me a foundation. PCOS gave me perspective. Motherhood gave me experience. And my own health journey gave me a purpose: helping other women through theirs.

Today, I help women—especially hopeful and expectant moms trying to get pregnant (even when the odds or a diagnosis say otherwise), expecting, pregnant, and postpartum moms—build healthier habits, improve nutrition, manage weight, and feel stronger and more confident.

Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating motherhood, staying home to raise your children, or preparing to re-enter the workforce, your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

You took care of your babies. Now let’s take care of Mom.

Together, we’ll create realistic health and weight-management goals that fit your life, your body, and your journey.

Why I coach

Because "bounce back" is a myth

After my second baby, I spent months comparing my body to the old me. Then I realized: my body wasn't broken — it had done something incredible. I built MOM VITALITY to help moms stop punishing themselves and start supporting themselves with food, movement, and habits that actually fit real life.

Healthcare background

Four years of healthcare management study plus a bachelor's degree, focused on practical, evidence-based wellness.

Mom first

I have a 5- and 7-year-old. I know what it's like to plan dinner around a picky eater and squeeze movement into nap time.

Real-mom approach

No before-and-after pressure. No crash diets. Just steady habits that honor where your body is today.

Family-friendly nutrition

Meals your husband and kids will actually eat, made with simple ingredients and realistic prep time.

Postpartum-safe strength

Movement progressions designed for moms rebuilding core strength, pelvic-floor awareness, and confidence.

Guilt-free coaching

Missed a workout? Ate birthday cake? That's life. We learn from it and keep going — no shame spiral required.
